Abstract: Combined with development of dispatching automation industry, a revised power industry standard DL/T 516—2017 “Code for operation and administration of power dispatching automation system” is formed after summarizing operational management requirements of power dispatching automation system operation and administration under new circumstance. Key points and revised contents are described in detail from aspects of general principle, operation interface, operation management, inspection regulation, technical management, basic data, data transmission channel, scheduling data network and power monitoring system security protection. Discussion improves understanding on code for dispatching personnel.
