燃煤电站烟道布置烟气冷却器阻力特性的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation on Resistance Characteristics of the Low Temperature Economizer Installed in Flues in the Coal-Fired Power Station

  • 摘要: 为更准确预测复杂流场下烟气冷却器的流动阻力,提出通过局部翅片管束的直接模拟,拟合阻力系数,运用多孔介质模型,对烟道布置烟气冷却器的阻力特性进行模拟分析的方法,并对某燃煤电站高阻力烟气冷却器进行阻力特性模拟分析。结果表明:采用变向窄进出口烟道型式会影响烟气冷却器前、后界面上全压分布,但对烟气冷却器阻力的影响较小;烟气冷却器翅片管结构及宏观结构型式是该燃煤电站烟气冷却器阻力高的主要原因;烟气冷却器阻力的预测值与实测值误差较小,能较好地满足工程设计需求。

     

    Abstract: To more accurately predict the flow resistance of the low temperature economizer in complex flow field in engineering designs, this paper proposes a method to simulate the resistance characteristics by using the resistance coefficient of the low temperature economizer obtained by direct simulation of the parts of the fin tube bundles and the porous media model.Based on this method, the resistance characteristics of a low temperature economizer installed in a coal-fired power station is studied. It is found that the bent narrow exit_and_entrance flue type will affect the total pressure distribution of the low temperature economizer, but it has relatively samller effects on the resistance of the low temperature economizer. The fin tube structure and the macro structure of the low temperature economizer are the main reasons for the formation of its high resistance. The error between the predicted value and the measured value of the resistance is small, which indicates that the numerical simulation method proposed in this study is able to meet the needs of engineering design.
