Abstract: In order to standardize the electricity transaction data and analyze the problems existing in current electricity trading, the electricity transaction data of 2016 are published and an analysis is made of the electricity transaction quantity and the developing tendency of electricity market trading, cleaning energy consumption and direct transaction in recent years. It is pointed out that despite of the rapid increase of market trading electricity in 2016, a lot of problems exist in the operation of electricity trading, such as inadequate market mechanism, difficult clean energy consumption and irregular direct transaction. Some suggestions are proposed to enlarge market electricity trading, including accelerating promulgation of power trading rules, innovating trading varieties, strengthening the construction of market entity credit system, and regulating direct electricity transaction.
