炼化企业热电厂热电负荷优化分配研究及应用

Research on and Application of Optimal Distribution of Thermal Power Load in the Captive Thermal Power Plant of the Petrochemical Enterprise

  • 摘要: 针对炼化企业自备热电厂以热定电的发电特点,建立了基于供热量平衡的负荷优化分配模型(模型1)和基于不同燃料价、电价的负荷优化分配模型(模型2),同时在全厂生产过程监控及优化系统基础上进行了在线实施。通过对优化前后现场运行数据分析,采用模型1运行时可节约煤耗至少4.5 g/(kW·h);采用模型2运行时可增加收益6 492.16元/h。提出的热电负荷优化分配模型可应用于其他电厂。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of the captive power plant of the petrochemical enterprise, the load optimal distribution model based on heat balance (Model One) and the one based on fuel and electricity prices (Model Two) are established and implemented online simultaneously on the basis of the production process monitoring and the optimization system of the plant. Through the analysis of the operation data before and after the optimization, it is shown that the coal consumption can be saved at least 4.5 g/(kW·h) with Model One, and the profit can be increased by 6 492.16 yuan/h with Model Two. The two models can be generally applied to the captive power plants the petrochemical enterprises.
