300 MW低热值煤超低排放循环流化床发电的设计与运行

Design and Operation of a 300 MW Ultra-Low Emission CFB Boiler Burning Low Calorific Coal

  • 摘要: 介绍了山西国锋300 MW低热值煤综合利用亚临界循环流化床发电项目的设计与运行情况,讨论了超低排放电厂的污染物控制技术的原理与应用情况。该项目采用炉内喷钙脱硫和炉外半干法脱硫控制SO2、流态重构的节能型循环流化床低氮燃烧技术和SNCR脱硝控制NOx、布袋除尘控制粉尘。研究结果显示,锅炉运行稳定、高效,满负荷下热效率为90.61%;烟气SO2排放质量浓度为18.75 mg/m3,NOx排放质量浓度为40.30 mg/m3,烟尘排放质量浓度为4.9 mg/m3,均达到了超低排放指标,表明循环流化床锅炉采用低氮燃烧和SNCR、炉内脱硫和半干法循环流化床烟气净化、布袋除尘是实现超低排放的可行的技术路线。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the design and operation of Shanxi Guofeng 300 MW ultra-low emission subcritical units burning low calorific coal. The principles and the application of the pollution controlling technologies are discussed. In this project, in-furnace desulfurizationand semi-dry flue gas desulfurization are used to control SO2, the low-nitrogen combustion technology based on the state specification theory and SNCR to control NOx, and bag filters to control powder . The results show that the boiler runs steadily and efficiently. The thermal efficiency at full load is 90.61%. The SO2, NOx and dust emission concentration at full load are 18.75 mg/m3, 40.30 mg/m3 and 4.9 mg/m3, respectively, all of which meet the ultra-low emission standards. The results indicate that the low-NOx combustion combined with ultra-low emission technologies is applicable.
