30 mA泄漏电流对输电线路大气腐蚀行为的影响

摘要: 为了研究输电线路在30 mA泄露电流作用下,金属材料受到大气腐蚀行为的影响,通过把金属材料放置于3种腐蚀环境中,分析不同SO2浓度和泄露电流状态下,金属材料的腐蚀失重情况,当SO2含量比较小时,泄露电流对样品的腐蚀失重影响不大;而当SO2含量比较大时,泄露电流首先加速金属材料的腐蚀,样品表面会有较多的γ-FeOOH亚稳态晶态相产生,当腐蚀产物积累到一定程度后,受到腐蚀的样品中部分γ-FeOOH转变成相对稳定的α-FeOOH与Fe3O4,腐蚀产物便会降低腐蚀现象的发生,反而使样品的耐蚀性得到改善。Abstract: In order to study the corrosion behavior of transmission line under 30 mA leakage current, in this paper, the corrosion weightlessness of metallic materials under different SO2 concentrations and different leakage currents is analyzed. When SO2 concentration is relatively low, the effect of leakage current on corrosive weightlessness is not obvious; when SO2 concentration is relatively high, leakage current will expedite the corrosion of metallic material and more metastable γ-FeOOH will accumulate on the surface. When γ-FeOOH accumulates to a certain extent, parts of it will convert to relatively stable α-FeOOH and Fe3O4 and the corrosion is mitigated by the stable products, which improves the corrosion resistance of samples.
