Abstract:
In order to reduce the dust emission concentration as it is required in“Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants (GB 13223-2011)”, the technical studies on dust emission reduction are carried out on a 350-MW unit of Sanhe Power Plant, which include a series of measures taken collaboratively, such as the installation of low-temperature economizer before the electrostatic precipitator, the comprehensive upgrading of the electrostatic precipitator, the retrofit of the demister in the desulfurization system and the installation of wet electrostatic precipitator behind the FGD system. After the improvements above, the monitoring result shows that the dust emission concentration of flue gas is limited between 2.74-3.62 mg/m3, lower than 5 mg/m3, which can fully satisfy the requirement of national emission standard.
