GIS回路电阻超标缺陷定位分析

Location Analysis of GIS Circuit Resistance Defection

  • 摘要: 回路电阻测量是GIS交接试验和例行试验中的一个主要项目,其目的是检查电气设备安装质量和回路的完整性。在综合考虑GIS内装导体常见的连接方式、影响GIS主回路电阻的因素和GIS回路电阻测量存在问题的情况下,针对变电站500 kV GIS断路器间隔例行试验时回路电阻超标的异常情况,通过诊断性试验、断路器气室开盖检查、地刀及电流互感器(TA)气室解体检查3个步骤不断缩小缺陷查找范围,定位缺陷并查明缺陷原因。提出了解决方案,并给出相应的检修建议,提供了一种GIS回路电阻超标定性与定位分析方法。

     

    Abstract: Circuit resistance measurement is one of the main items during hand-over test and routine test of GIS. The objective of the test is to check electrical equipment installation quality and loop circuit integrity. With consideration of common GIS inner conductor connection model, influencing factors of main loop resistance and shortcomings of circuit resistance measurement, a qualitative location analysis method is proposed to detect defective circuit resistance of 500 kV GIS. The method uses three steps to narrow search area, locate the defect and find out defective reason which includes diagnostic test, circuit breaker gas chamber check and disassembling inspection of TA gas chamber and grounding switch.
